Want to drive around and see Christmas light displays in our town with your kids, but not sure where to go? Don't want to miss out on especially spectacular displays? Don't worry, the PTCO did all the hard work for you! With our handy dandy Christmas lights itinerary, you can drive an easy loop around the town of Georgia that lets you admire and appreciate the nicest displays we could find!

On the evening of Friday, December 17th from 5pm to 7pm, we'll be at the GEMS parking lot handing out printed versions of these itineraries for anyone to pick up before heading off on your Christmas light-viewing journey. The itinerary conveniently starts right at the school, so you can get started right away! You can follow the route the old-fashioned way, with the written directions. Or you can scan a QR code that brings up the itinerary in Google Maps for GPS navigation. Either way, your kids can follow along on a fun, printed visual map. We have a very nice keepsake version of this map printed on 8x10 photo paper and laminated for the first 40 people who come to pick one up in person. Once those are depleted, we'll be handing out itineraries on regular printed paper. This is all completely free!

At the same time, we have gift bags full of Christmas-themed goodies for the kids that we're selling at $5 each. These bags contain activities for kids to do during the drive and hopefully keep them from getting restless. This is completely optional, but it helps us fundraise to continue to provide services and events to our school and the community.

If you don't feel comfortable coming to get the map in person or you're required to quarantine, the entire package is available in this PDF file. You can print it yourself and do the activity on your own time.

Happy Holidays everyone!
